Delhi is more than just its historic monuments, buzzing cafes, and shopping streets, it’s a city bursting with exciting experiences! If your weekends feel repetitive or you’re looking to meet like-minded people, there’s plenty to explore. From art workshops, book clubs, and mental health groups to running clubs and women-only meetups, there’s something for everyone. And the best part? You never know who you might meet or explore along the way!

Think running is only for hardcore fitness lovers? Bhag Club, one of Delhi’s most popular running groups, proves otherwise. It’s completely free and open to all ages, making morning runs more accessible and fun. Kumud Bansal, 21, an economics student at Delhi University, shares how joining the club changed her outlook. “I was never athletic, and running used to scare me. But now, I wake up early just for the energy boost, it makes me feel accomplished and ready to take on the day!”

If running isn’t your thing, there’s also City Girls Who Walk- a women-only walking club in Delhi, where women come together to walk, talk, and bond in a safe, welcoming space. Best of all, it’s completely free! Follow them on Instagram @citygirlswhowalkdelhi for updates and meetups.

Sejal Kaushik, 20, a Bachelor of Fashion Technology student from NIFT Delhi, shares how a resin art workshop led to an unexpected friendship. “I signed up just for fun, but ended up meeting an amazing girl. We got talking and realised we had so much in common, now we’re great friends!”

These sessions typically last 2-3 hours, allowing plenty of time for thoughtful discussions and new literary discoveries.
